Introduction to the Function, Composition, and Principle of Air Conditioning Electromagnetic Valve
The air conditioning solenoid valve is a key component of central air conditioning, which is an automated component for regulating the refrigerant of the air conditioning. It is composed of an electromagnetic coil and a magnetic core. When the air conditioning is started, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force, causing the valve to open and the refrigerant to start working. When the set temperature is reached, the electromagnetic coil is powered off and the valve is closed, playing a role in regulating the temperature.
The composition of the air conditioning solenoid valve is relatively simple, consisting of electromagnetic components and valve body parts. The electromagnetic coil is directly installed on the valve body, and the valve body is enclosed in a sealed pipe, forming a simple and compact combination
The working principle of the air conditioning solenoid valve is also relatively simple. When powered on, the solenoid engages, and the sealing block with a spring on the upper part of the moving iron core closes the exhaust port. The airflow enters the membrane head from the intake port, playing a control role. When the power is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the moving iron core leaves the fixed iron core under the action of spring force. It moves downwards, opening the exhaust port and blocking the air inlet. The membrane head gas flows through the exhaust port and is discharged, restoring the membrane to its original position
