Article 1:
For pilot operated solenoid valves, it is necessary to check if the internal pressure difference in the pipeline is too small. If the pressure difference is too small, the solenoid valve cannot function properly, and a direct acting solenoid valve needs to be selected. If the pressure difference is too large, far exceeding the design value of the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve cannot function properly, and a high-pressure solenoid valve needs to be selected
Article 2:
The solenoid valve needs to be installed horizontally. If not installed horizontally, it may cause the solenoid valve to close loosely, resulting in internal leakage of the solenoid valve
Article 3:
After long-term use of the solenoid valve, if the sealing between the piston and the valve seat is not good, the sealing surface of the piston can be ground flat again, preferably with the valve seat ground flat together
Article 4:
When working, pay attention to the pressure gauges before and after the solenoid valve. The working pressure is required to not exceed the rated pressure, and the working pressure difference must be within the rated pressure range. When the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure or the working pressure difference exceeds the rated pressure difference, the solenoid valve should be stopped and the front and rear manual valves should be closed to prevent the solenoid valve from exploding and leaking
Article 5:
After the installation of the solenoid valve, it needs to be tested several times through the medium to confirm that it is normal before it can be put into formal use
Article 6:
The dirt on the inner and outer surfaces of the solenoid valve and the armature engagement surface should be cleaned regularly
Article 7:
If the solenoid valve is not used for a long time, the manual valve in front of the solenoid valve should be closed. When reactivating, the solenoid valve should be drained of condensed water and the number should be tried on. The valve should only be put into use after the switch is normal
